1. Howard Dean has one opinion and one vote. Good thing I have another
and don't need a hero politician to dictate my thoughts. Unrec for the sheer stupidity.

2. As does Al Gore...
...at least as far as campaigns go -- and there's one in 2012, I believe.
When asked if he thinks he would have won the election if Daley had joined the campaign earlier, Gore says, "Yes, I do." How much earlier? "Given the closeness of the outcome in Florida, maybe a week earlier."?

4. Wasn't Dean pressured to say that?
He's been chased into semi-exile for suggesting the health insurance bill be killed after the public option went bye-bye.

5. Remember the 2004 campaign?
No one can tell Howard Dean what to say, what not to say, or to shut up.

Hell, Howard Dean doesn't always know how, or when, to shut up.

Which is why we're not living President Dean's second term.

(Love the Gov, contributor to and convention delegate for his '04 run, but everyone has an achilles' heel.)

6. Good for Dean. I don't approve of William Daley
but we are both entitled to our opinions. I don't sway easily, my Mom always said, just because your friends jump off a bridge, that doesn't mean you have to.

7. And, of course, any opinion on this board could be better qualified than Howard Deans.
:sarcasm:

12. If we are reduced to approving the Chase CEO, Nafta Selling, Wall Street & Chicago Political Insider

William Daley as Chief of Staff of the WH because Howard Dean says so....

We are grasping at non-existent straws...and we might as well pack it in now.

NAFTA, people. JP MORGAN CHASE. OPPOSED a consumer protection agency for consumers against Wall Street and has recently purported the political opinion that the country WANTS more CENTER RIGHT governance....

WALL ST. INSIDER

Obama is not playing chess. He isnt outsmarting them by bringing in a corrupt insider who all of the sudden is going to do good.
HE is ONE of them.

He put Social Security on the table and now the game is set for the PHONEY Debt Ceiling vote. Kabuki Theatre EXTRAORDINAIRE...

President pretends that he has to 'negotiate' with Republicans to get the debt ceiling raised when there is no way in hell they will commit that kind of physical suicide. President cuts vital programs to vulnerable populations to further transfer wealth from the palms of the poor into the hands of the wealthy elite corporate rulers.

Democrats rationalize why Obama HAD to make this deal.

And, so it goes....
