We need to ban together and help those in danger from the flood because it is a natural disaster. On the other hand if you get cancer and you need affordable health care you are on your own. Even though I had the money and I could have bought flood insurance, you still need to help me. You on the other hand are a lazy welfare cheat and should have bought health insurance to help with your budget and cancer. My home is in danger because of the flood and you need to help me. I know your home is in danger because you are going bankrupt from health care cost, but that is your problem. I am rich and I need my taxes reduced. You are poor and lazy and you should not expect me to pay for your health care. The federal government should come help me protect my home from the flood, but the federal government has no business protecting you from the unexpected health care cost of cancer. Why is it so hard for poor people to see that the rich are special? Thank God the Republicans look out for the rich, if it were up to the poor the rich would be paying more taxes. We need to elect people like Berg and Hoeven to make sure the Obama health care fails. We also need good Republicans to come up with a better system for the Corp of Engineers to protect our homes. We need incentives for people to be rich. That means low taxes on rich people. We need to be hard on the poor so they will get better jobs and quit bugging us about taking care of them. I would like to thank all the poor people who have been sandbagging, and if it has been hard on your back too bad you don't have health insurance

A large share of Bismarck is built on the flood plain, which was prone to flooding every year before Garrison Dam was built. Bismarck has several housing developments literately built on sand bars by the river - swimming pools and all. With the record releases, there is now problems with how to sand bag and dike expensive homes built on the porous sand bars. The well-to-do people living there don't seem to understand that they are not important enough for the laws of physics to be repealed for their benefit.
Berg and Hoeven are two of ND's Congress Critters, both millionaire Republicans. (Rick Berg is a tool and John Hoven is an empty suit.)
