Back in the day, let's say the nineteen seventies, for example, eight to nine percent of this nation's profits was found over inside the financial sector. Okay, in some areas at certain points, for example, in the late seventies when California Real Estate values went through the roof, perhaps you saw (but for a limited time only), a twenty three percent figure for the bankers and housing "specialists."

But now due to the Paulson/Bernanke/Geithner policies, a twenty three percent figure for yearly profits for the beloved members of Big Finance is just the norm.

Too bad if it comes at the expense of any of us attempting to run our own little retail or services niche.
