I need someone who can follow the sale of a parcel of property which took place almost ten years ago. I haven't had any success finding it doing property searches at the records office, so I hoped someone might have more experience with this than I have.

2. I'm your huckleberry.
You need a full title search report or just an O&E?

Title insurance underwriter flvegan reporting for service.

3. You don't remember me, do you flvegan?
You volunteered to help me several years ago, and after I divulged everything to you, I never heard from you again. I didn't even get an explanation.

Thanks for volunteering, but, I don't want to go through this again.

5. If I recall
you were looking for something in regards to your HOA or condo assn that wasn't of record, which I explained. I may have you confused with another Floridian.

Nevertheless, no problem. Good luck.

6. Hi. I checked into Zillow, but I think that would only work for clear cut lots.

8. Use the google and find that specific county's property appraiser site.
Every Florida county I've checked has an online property search that is indexed by name, address and parcel number. Should be a piece of cake. What county?
