Sharon Angle announces not running in special election

can't help but think the timing has something to do with NY election? GOP got to her? She was running as independent and announcement comes before state supreme court ruling re a free for all election:

Perhaps, in light of the whole Medicare backlash, she's afraid someone out there may have actually listened to her words and took them to heart. :shrug:

4. Why would she run for representative? I would think to her it would be a demotion.

She lost running for US Senate. And then she would lose for Representative. What election that is next in line below that would she then run and lose? Do they have elections for dog catcher in Arizona?
