Has anyone here managed to read Newt's re-write of Pearl Harbor?
I read some of the opening chapters years and years ago, and swear there is a scene set in a 30's California university in which a character contemplates going over the the faculty club for some sushi. If my memory is correct, then the great intellectual and historian Newt Gingrich wrote a scene as anachronistic as having George Washington cross the Delaware in a cigar boat! I know it was alternative history, but there is a limit!
