8. Shipped, hell!
Get someone to open a Kiwi-style place in Polynesian strongholds like Hawai'i and California. The Steinlager on tap alone would be worth it!

10. There is a couple factors in that.
The simplest way to explain it is charisma, which is a spiritual force.

However how people get that, can occur a few ways, some can make a deal, then you actually are not seeing that guy, since he never makes any decisions, but only does what he is told to do or be. Mostly he coasts and watches life go buy in a form of a coma as something else drives him.

But there is another type of charisma that is in many songs and stories, it is where a person makes decisions, and thinks and feels, and does what they think is best, and actually can do or not do. Although it feels like caring the load, or pushing through dense air to decide to do something sometimes.

Some know they are not doing anything, and claim they are, and live behind that mask, and always wonder when it will get pulled from them, but there are some that do with or without any promise of help, becuase it is not the idea of doing anything in exchange for anything else, that motivates them. They are going to decide for themselves.

If you think of it as a deal, then something you might have, like charisma, is taken by something saying you only get that thing if you do certain things, or follow orders.

There are many that do what they think is best, and still have their charisma.

It is best shown in this song, where my guess is the 'not listening' was not doing what they the person was 'told' but powering through what she thought and felt was best, and she still has her talents, and still helps many people with them, and might even have a boost from the side that helps without deals.

Thats how I think on it, you can tell the 'deal' type from the independent types. The deal types are always scared people will see it is not them, the independent types, made there own choices and still had there talents, so they know there gifts are not part of deals, and never were part of deals.

The deal is to steal what you always had anyways, and why it doesn't mean anything.

This song sorta mentions that also.
