What did they do with the name? Who did they give it to? Did they follow up with a plan? Did they have a plan? Did they know Bin Laden was building his compound at that time?

How much did they know in 2007? Did they torture the location of Bin Laden out of the prisoners also? If not, why not? Did the torture not work?

Or were they very busy in Iraq in 2007? Wasn't everything falling apart and weren't they looking for a way to salvage something out of that forlorn mission and Bin Laden was not really at the top of their concerns?

Just what did they do with that information about the courier? Inquiring minds would like to know. Simply having a name and not enough intelligence to put it together with the rest of the puzzle is really not much use. Were they as incompetent as it appears?

1. Instead of credit for killing OBL, Bush/Cheney are guilty of stonewalling the hunt.

It's now known that OBL was living in the same compound in Abbottobad since 2005 or 06. It appears they had all the pieces of the puzzle necessary to get OBL, but they just never put the pieces together, for whatever reason.

their arguments about the efficacy of using torture fall apart pretty quick. If torture elicited the information that helped to ultimately locate OBL, then it only serves to make them look worse that they didn't act on that information.
