Do the admins consider paid posters to be trolls?

After the recent story revealing what we already know, that the right pays people to troll liberal forums, do the DU admins have a position on paid posters?

Are only paid posters from the right considered trolls? Or are all paid posters considered trolls?

I am of the opinion that if someone is posting here with an agenda, and being paid to, it is not in good faith and is a practice of disruption.
