Strange Enthusiastic Support For Herman Cain Among German Speaking Americans

So, I was at the local Oktoberfest celebration at the local German club a few weeks back, and was curious to gather opinions from non-political-junkies about the various candidates.

It's group seating, so I asked everyone at the table what they thought of Herman Cain.

I couldn't quite make out everything they were saying, but they seemed to be very enthusiastically shouting something about his "Nine, Nine, Nine!" plan.

Pretty weird. Can anyone explain this?

4. Maybe they haven't seen the guy and just thought " 'Herman' is a German name, isn't it?"

8. We're in big trouble
I saw a report where that particular bug is found in the air as a particulate in staggering numbers of many parts per billion.
