I had a dream that Christie got into the race won the nomination & then had a heart attack the night of the Republican Convention!

If that did happen what is the protocol? Or is there one?

The Republicans would all die of heart attacks as they would not want to postpone the election & give Obama more time as POTUS but they would have no time at all picking another candidate.
