The system needs money.

if the banks won't do it (which they aren't)
if the big companies won't do it (paying dividends instead of hiring)
then there is only one option who will do it....

the American middle class (who are supposed to be the second step in the process)

that IS the fuel for the entire economic model of the world

put money in the American middle class as fuel.

Before Bretton Woods that was the model. The rise of the American middle class added fuel to the fire.
It is a model that works. It is time to use the model again (after a 30 year layoff).



That was the speech. That was everything (watered-down at times) that they have been trying to do.

The only source of money infusion happening at this point is the federal government.
