2. Yes because I've always voted Dem and will continue to do so
unless another party comes along that is more progressive and most importantly, can win the election.

14. "can win the election"--well that never stops the ones who want Kucinich to run.
If in the DU fantasy land Kucinich were to be the Democratic nominee the outcome of the election would remind me of what happened to the first presidential candidate for whom I voted: George McGovern.

7. Of course I voted. What sort of a person could sit there and not
vote? I was not, however, all that excited to vote for Bill, but it is always easy to vote against a guy like Bob Dole. I mean, c'mon.

10. Choices were: Clinton, Dole, Perot, Nader. But I think Perot had dropped out...
by the time of the election (he said there had been a threat against his daughter or something).

Perot had also run in 1992 and did fairly well, for a third party (18%), altho not one electoral vote.

care less. I was always liberal, but I didn't get interested in politics 'til the Lewinsky saga. I bought her book and only then did I learn that my aunt was the assistant HUD secretary in Clinton's administration (I mentioned to my aunt that I was reading Lewinsky's book). So I have come a long way since those days in my knowledge and love of politics.

22. There should have been a 5th option for those not capable of voting at the time
It's one thing to not vote because you are too young or perhaps did not have your citizen status at the time. However, to be legally able to vote and not vote - that's just wretched.

But in the 1992 primaries in New Hampshire I voted for Tom Harkin. I can remember Harkin in the trenches at a construction site with a shovel in is hands digging like the other laborers there. His campaign was all about the working class.

Although I probably would have voted for Bill Milliken

My democratic parents voted for him.

He was beloved by both sides, apparently.
