by the time of the election (he said there had been a threat against his daughter or something).

Perot had also run in 1992 and did fairly well, for a third party (18%), altho not one electoral vote.

13. I didn't vote 'til 2000. Before then, I knew NOTHING about politics and I couldn't

care less. I was always liberal, but I didn't get interested in politics 'til the Lewinsky saga. I bought her book and only then did I learn that my aunt was the assistant HUD secretary in Clinton's administration (I mentioned to my aunt that I was reading Lewinsky's book). So I have come a long way since those days in my knowledge and love of politics.
