Of Bachmann and of nuclear weapons

Tea Partiers and die hard "less or no government control" people like Bachmann make me wonder. If she becomes President, does that mean she will privitise nuclear weapons control? After all, following their logic, the government is bad in managing any thing, so why not let citizens control nuclear weapons?
