TP: Herman Cain says John Stewart attacks him because he's black
Edited on Thu Jun-23-11 11:53 PM by agentS
No, Mr. Cain, it's not because you're black. It's because you're an insufferable DICKHEAD!

Earlier this month, ThinkProgress reported that GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain told an audience in Pella, Iowa that he would not sign a bill longer than three pages. (Cain later said he was “exaggerating.”)

Jon Stewart picked up on the story, imitating Cain and joking that if Cain was president he would require everything to be shorter: “Treaties will have to fit on the back of a cereal box … The State of the Union Address will be delivered in the form of a fortune cookie.” (Chris Wallace later replayed the segment during Stewart’s appearance on Fox News Sunday.)

Speaking Wednesday at the Iowa Falls Fire Department, Herman Cain lashed out at Jon Stewart, claiming that Stewart was only targeting him “because I’m black” {/div]

The comments on this issue are hilarious on the TP site. Check them out.

Finally, I would like to say that I hope Mr. Cain wins the GOP race. It would make for an amusing, bizzare, and goofy campaign. plus it would be fun to see the racists try to launch a 3rd party candidate.

1. "You can't even criticize him without being called a racist!"
That's what the rightwingers cry whenever someone calls them on their ugly behavior regarding President Obama.

The president has not called them out on their racist behavior, even when he's more than justified - whether it's monkey dolls, birth certificate conspiracies, GOP candidates for governor using the term "sambo," etc.

This hasn't stopped the GOP, who have instead tried to spin a false narrative where the president is always employing some knee-jerk, cartoonish race card no matter the issue or policy difference. They would actually expect you to belive that the president is this 'angry black man' character who goes around calling people racists, because they differ in opinion with him on fiscal issues.

Of course, no one outside of the FOX nursing home viewers are buying this asinine garbage.

But it is interesting to note who actually was the first to invoke a whiny victimization story for himself when it was completely irrelevant: Mr. Teabagging Pizza Man himself, Herman Cain.
