Florida Bans Bestiality, Baggy Pants

The Florida legislature has passed legislation banning students from wearing baggy pants in school—and also a bill outlawing bestiality, after a man accidentally asphyxiated the family goat during sex. The former bill will allow districts to suspend students whose underwear shows. The latter will make sex acts with animals a first-degree misdemeanor. Both bills await Governor Rick Scott’s signature.

9. I'm okay with that. It's a form of animal abuse. And yes, it does occur, apparently.

So at least the person may have to have his actions publicly known, if a misdemeanor case is filed against him.

The baggy pants...I'm surprised they need state legislation for that. Schools are allowed to draw up dress codes, already, I thought. I know girls weren't allowed to wear pants to school, when I was in high school, and our skirts had to be a certain length (yes, they were measured!).
