and what is the difference between that and Multilateral?

Unilateral = done or undertaken by one only
Multilateral = done or undertaken by many/multiple ones

So Bush had the right to attack Iraq because Iran was still officially at war with Iraq?

7. Technically, Dubya's invasion of Iraq was multilateral
The US wasn't the only country involved in the invasion.

As Cheney/Bush wanted things to be.

Or what they called "weakness" (which the PL also does saying that Republicans should be ignored). I hate Republicans, but they get their say.
