Does Jon Huntsman really think he can win a republican primary?
I always thought Obama's team was insincere when they claimed they were scared of him running. THe Guy is way too moderate and timid to win the republican primary.

1. Kind of hard to run against Obama when he was appointed by Obama.
I think he'll wait until 2016 or 2020 if he ever decides to run for president.

Then turned around and got his preibus reinsed.

2. He has a better chance of winning the general election than the Republican primary
He supports cap and trade. 'Nuff said.

3. I lived in Utah for about six months in 2005
They have their own little 'bubble' there, reality from the outside world rarely trickles in. Clearly, Huntsman is operating in that zone.

7. if he can get other candidates to split votes , how do you think McCain won the Primary
plus he would probably win conservative states like Utah just because he is from there which otherwise he might have lost.

but i heard the republicans changed their system. of course there is a chance of tea party breaking up.

but my feeling is he didn't think he could really win and that's why he accepted the position in the Obama administration. having just recently worked for Obama would just be something else against him.
