And before anyone goes off the deep end.. When a commission makes proposals.. it is just that.

Any commission, would have proposals.. ones you would agree with and ones you would not.

I have not read the the commission proposal.

I am just listening to others and getting a gist of what was put out.

They want to raise the age to 68 over the next 20 years?

And that caps would to lifted to a higher income..?

That is the Social Security part.

rather than say they will wait and see. There is nothing wrong in providing a leadership. The White House statement is so bland that you wonder whether they agree or not.

BTW, you missed that tax proposal that would limit the tax rate at 26%, including corporate tax rates.

Obviously, the chairman report is so much skewed to the right that the final report will be skewed toward rich people. Read it rather than talking about something you dont know about.
