7. It appears that it may not be legal. The Democratic party has
gone to the AG in Ohio but no one is really answering that question.

This story does have a comment about the legality:

McDonald’s Owner Warns Workers: No Raises If Dems Win
Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner has launched an investigation after the owner of a McDonald’s restaurant in Canton, Ohio warned workers that they won’t receive any raises if Democrats win on Tuesday. When workers at the McDonald’s received their paycheck, they also received a note from the restaurant’s owner listing the Republican candidates to vote for. The McDonald’s owner wrote, “If the right people are elected we will be able to continue with raises and benefits at or above our present levels. If others are elected we will not.”

9. Damn. But even if the owner gets prosecuted, the damage is still done.
We need to make voter suppression hurt.

2. Blame the victim? Absolutely. Like someone married to an
abusive drunk that throws him out and then lets him come back. WTF do you THINK is gonna happen?
Lets just hope they don't let the drunk back in.

3. Who is the victim in this scenario?
If you don't vote or vote Republican, you are not the victim.
