I am watching the NY Gubernatorial debate...
and, yes, there is The Rent is Too Damn High Party, and the candidate is up there.

And Spitzer's madam is there with the Anti-Abolition Party.

There is a certain amount of hilarity in the proceedings, but all them are actually trying to make policy points, not just rag on the others.

3. Cablevision's News 12 Long Island. I don't know if it streams, but try...
www.optimum.net and see if they ever say anything about streaming it. So far, I can't find anything.
