So, Whitman's spokesman was on Univision tonight and made some outrageous and laughable comments

I wonder who came up with this incredible strategy.

His approach was to be concerned about the welfare of the "poor, poor housekeeper" and his rage was toward Brown and those "evil Democrats" who were using this helpless illegal immigrant for their nefarious purposes. According to him, the campaign was also most worried about the housekeeper's sister, who now would suffer "terrible" consequences for letting the housekeeper use her documentation. They feared for the fate of these two women, never saying or implying that what they did was wrong; in fact he underlined that the sisters were both victims of the Democratic Party, and urged the viewers to blame them for this "terrible, corrupt move"

I would love to see this little tirade on FOX, or any other network with an English speaking audience. I'd love to see the reaction from Republicans to his righteous anger on behalf of an Undocumented alien, and the sister who was providing her a way to work.

Unfortunately, that won't happen. But it would be enough if a Freeper read this and finds out that Withman's campaign is advocating for an illegal alien and her law-breaking sister and see them as wronged victims

1. I hope the viewers of UniVision
saw through the bs as you did.

And if they did, as I am sure they did, then Whitman should have even less credibility.

2. For Whitman's campaign to address this on Univision is a desperation move..
For Latinos the republican brand has been severely damaged in California since prop 187, and has been sinking ever since. The hypocrisy is going repel on the fence moderates, and even cost them some of the socially conservative Latino voters they were counting on.

7. Really? I haven't read the official statement but I'd find surprising
her campaign would be defending an undocumented alien and the sister who knowingly committed identity fraud to help and illegal alien to work, and that they would call them victims on this matter. That would never fly with the rabidly alien hating Freepers.

4. isn't there a $10,000 fine per each undocumented
employee and possible jail time for the employer? Especially one who knowingly hires and retains undocumented workers? Shouldn't Meg be worried?
