1. It would be nice if you mentioined what bill this is about
since the article is hidden behind a registration form that folks may not want to complete. It's big news that Nelson is okay with voting yes on something... but what???

7. He will file for cloture later this afternoon with the vote set for Thursday.. probably.
"I hope to consider the Wall Street reform conference report later this afternoon," Reid said as he opened the floor. A spokesman for the majority leader confirmed that Reid will move Tuesday to end debate on the bill, which will likely result in a final vote Thursday.

How quickly the majority leader is able to call a final vote on the sweeping financial overhaul bill depends on the Republicans and whether they are willing to cede the mandatory 30 hours of debate time required before the roll-call vote to end consideration of the bill.
