Deputy Director, who reports to the Director of the Office of Consumer Information
and Insurance Oversight . The Office’s responsibilities include: 1)
implementing, monitoring compliance with, and enforcing both the new rules
governing the insurance market and the new rules regarding medical loss ratios;
2) performing rate reviews; and 3) issuing rate review grants to states.
