Matthew Dowd is the host of ABC Sunday News "This Week"? Are you friggin' kidding me?
Matthew Dowd, who was the chief strategist for the Bush-Cheney '04 presidential campaign, is in full RNC Gotcha Mode as host of "This Week".

It is glaringly obvious that he is over-stepping as a GOP talking point guru while supposedly trying to act like a journalist asking neutral questions and not showing his political cards.

It's like Fox News, only more stupid.

When asking Kathleen Sebelius questions on Obama's health care reform, poll ratings and other matters, it is obvious that he's on a mission for the RNC. And ABC News is in on it too.

When Mitch McConnell came on and openly lied about the health care reform package, Matt said nothing. McConnell lied about how costs would not be addressed, mentioned how the Nebraska and Louisiana deals were part of the legislation and went on about job-killing and other nonsense. He didn't call Obama a socialist, but could have and Dowd would have just let it go by.

2. He has magically become an ABC "political annalist."
I noticed he's also appearing on Good Morning America with George Suffaluffagus as an ABC political annalist.

What contemptible balderdash.

5. The usual Corporate M$M laundering of Republican spinmeisters and operatives
This has now been going on AT LEAST since Clinton's impeachment, and it wouldn't surprise me if it hasn't been going on for decades before that.

The Busho-Corporate mission to control and neutralize the American Media has been along, ongoing campaign that has pretty much fully suceeded.

No truth can withstand their attacks, no matter how demonstrative.

No lie, however ridiculous or transparently untrue, can't be laundered into the Conventional Wisdom as "the place where all conversations start" by the many Bushigandists who have been dropped in by their Busho-Corporate Masters exactly as Dowd is now dropped in.

We are well past the "tipping point" in the neutralization of American M$M, now a Busho-Corporate Propaganda Machine & Lie Laundry.

13. Why is it ...
Why is it that when so-called "liberals" are doing news shows they bend over rightwards in order to prove they don't have a bias, but when conservatives do news shows they stay right and show no shame in their bias? Drives me freakin' crazy!

15. I knew I quit watching that show for a reason
But this wasn't it. I quit watching during the George Stephanopoulis tenure. He was pretty horrible as a host. I quit watching Meet the Press because David Gregory is a blatant Republikker tool, he doesn't even attempt to hide it. His method with liberal guests is to interrupt them two seconds into every question without letting the guest complete a single sentence. I hate him more than any of the others.
