Tom Tancredo's decision to use the Tea Party Convention key-note to brand the Tea Party as the Party that can spell was... well, let's call it what it it was:

(Tancredo suggested in his speech that Barack Obama was elected by people who cannot spell and intimated that a literacy test at the polls would sweep baggers into power.)
