And say that We all lost Massachusetts by not standing together and doing the people's work during a difficult time. Now I'm not a speech writer or an author so I'm sure our President can find better words. The point remains that if Obama doesn't get a good Health Care Bill that works and is felt immediately, the entire party will suffer. If some of these Blue Dogs think they will win by doing nothing, they'll lose by more hopefully. This may be the perfect time to get 50 senators together and either do something w/ medicare or produce a progressive bill that can really bring good change to this nation. The people seem to be tired of backroom deals and the administration sucking up to corporations, so how would Max Baucus' electorate feel if he openly sided w/ corporations instead of the people. I also think letting the guy in ND who is about to retire becuz he's behind in the polls handle a drug importation bill would help him alot in his state.

God I hope Obama is the leader I voted for. We need real leadership right now. I hope he doesn't crawl to the middle like Clinton did. The Change we all want is still possible if we have strong leadership.

3. Clinton Didn't Crawl To The Middle
He sprinted to the right. NAFTA, almost-free trade with China, total bank deregulation... he was a Republican wet dream.

Now comes Obama's decision - stay the course or do the right thing. We'll see.

They should hire you....
cause it is obvious that they aren't thinking
