Brazilian Indians 'win land case'

Indigenous leaders in Brazil say they have won an important victory for the rights of their community, at a key hearing of the Supreme Court.

Eight of the court's 11 judges voted to keep a reservation in the Amazonian state of Roraima as a single territory.

The ruling would mean the eviction of a group of non-indigenous farmers who live and work in the reserve and have resisted attempts to move them.

But a final ruling was postponed and is not expected until next year.

The invaders intend on stealing their land for their own use have been beyond brutal. It's really well past time to turn that page in history forever, and start protecting the people who are absolutely unable to defend against murderous idiots who don't respect any human being who might be standing between them and some future wealth.

Too much blood shed already. They have suffered enough. Time to officially keep those bastards out of the land which belongs to the indigenous Brazilians.

Hope the new leftist leaders in South America will be able to completely end the filthy history set by their predecessors in murderous abuse of innocent, powerless human beings.
