That's the name of Joe's new puppy, as named by his granddaughters.

Biden's granddaughters chose the name "Champ." Biden's spokeswoman, Elizabeth Alexander, says the girls revealed their choice as the family gathered on Christmas morning. She says when Biden was a child his father called him Champ.
