3. actually, that sounds like a good compromise...
someone who will vote as Biden would have if he was still Senator, but who's not tied up in the politics for 2010. Those commenters at Delaware Online should be happy for that, but they just don't get it.

4. Well, Joe won the seat by over 60% I think so they are the minority
Personally, I think this is a good pick Delaware will have someone who would vote as Joe would and then a fair election in 2010 to decide who will be their next Senator.

interesting - I guess if Kaufman is retiring 2010 then they don't need more seniority. Will Joe host any SFRC hearings or let Kerry get started? Hmmm.
