who has the ceramics mark guide?
I can't find anything on google about Garland Studios, Carl Rogers Ceramics, Laguna Beach. Found a small vase today; it probably was once part of a pair. Slightly crazed, handpainted with flowers.

3. Does this mean anything to anyone?
It's in my backstash of mysteries - it's on a piece dated 2004, initialed "M.A." - it's a glazed ceramic dish of some sort, with colorful cube pattern. Not a big deal, but just wondering if this mark is something recognizable to anyone.

5. Looking for "Patio Hand Painted"
I have a 50's tiered tidbit. It looks to be manufactured, not hand thrown. It's got a sort of abstract aqua and pink kitchen item pattern. Never seen anything else like it at all, but then I have a tendency to pick up stuff like that and it's usually not worth anything except to somebody with the same off-beat taste, lol.

6. There were a lot of small commercial potteries

in California, some are very localized and hard to find here in the east. I like a lot of this stuff - it has a definite style to it, like the regional Ohio potters in the '30's.

Can't give you any values on it, it's hard to find sources of information.

7. welcome to our little niche
Does your user name indicate the fascination for pottery?

I, too, like the obscure mid-century pieces. I need to get a new camera and get some photos up. I've got some aqua-colored various pieces that are fun.
