Mitt Romney's image problem (reminds people of John Kerry)
Edited on Fri May-25-07 11:21 AM by quinnox
Every time Mitt Romney gets up in the morning and looks in the mirror, he sees another presidential nominee from the state of Massachusetts staring back at him. Namely, John Kerry.

See, Mitt Romney is from the same liberal state that gave us John Kerry, a Massachusetts liberal.

And people get the same impression from Romney as they did from Kerry, that is - a flip floppin' big hair looking wishywashy politician.

"Is Romney really a Massachusetts liberal like Kerry was?" goes the whispers.

Unfortunately, Romney even resembles Kerry. He has the same big hair and basic facial structure as Kerry.

All that is needed to complete the picture is for Romney to say "...I voted for it before I voted against it" or something similiar and his fate will be sealed.

John Kerry's legacy may be poison for Mitt Romney.

1. I don't know
For one thing I don't think that Republican operatives and their buddies in the mainstream media are going to trash Romney. I mean why would they?

I think we need stop blaming Kerry for getting worked over by those Republican Bastards. Just a thought.

3. Romney is too polished
Edited on Fri May-25-07 11:26 AM by cynatnite
I like Kerry. He's far more real to me than a lot of the politicians. Romney on the other hand is too spit and polished for my tastes. I don't like that. He's like a well-dressed used car salesman. Slick is another word I'd used to describe him. That word screams 'don't trust him'.

6. Mitt Romney will get a pass from the Media
despite the fact that he's probably flip-flopped more than Kerry did in his total career ...

HE'S A REPUBLICAN ... free pass from the media ...
