Ah so the GOP wants to privatize the evil TSA
But listen up, all procedures will remain in place...

You think it will be better under minimum wage workers?

1. HALLIBURTON! Obvious choice - they gave us *SUCH* a great deal on Iraq!
NOBODY knows how to fuck everybody six ways from Sunday better than Halliburton! Such an obvious choice.

They had the contracts before 911 and been lobbying for years to get them back...it is a very profitable contract and the cost to the Feds will be higher... Ca-ching!!!!

9. It is one of the oldest rent a cop outfits
At one time they wanted presidential duty, which the Pinkertons handled...another one that wants the contracts. They are also infamous for murdering union organizers.

4. Funny isn't it
It's a big deal for the GOP right now, although all those years Bush was in charge it didn't bother them one bit, and now they are screaming their heads off, "BUT" as long as it's done by "PRIVATE" firms, like the former Blackwater I assume, it will be OK even though the only change is some "corporation" will be making millions off of the same procedure! It never amazes me just how "obvious" the right wing is when it comes to trying to give their corporate masters more money!

Making us actually less safe...

As much as this is theater the limited cargo checks will also be silently be scrapped.

11. It was privatized prior to 9-11; it was their exalted leader at the
time who created the Homeland Security bureaucracy which spawned Satan's child, the TSA.
