Is it legal to remove your pants in the airport?
Edited on Sat Nov-20-10 08:52 PM by KansasVoter
I don't think it is illegal if you don't expose your privates.
So, maybe I should just remove my pants when I am in line and make the whole pat down process easier.
And maybe be a little more of a pain in the ass for them.
It might bring the catch all 'disorderly conduct' charge I guess.

reminded me of an old saying "a true scot wears naught 'neath his kilt, except his lady's lipstick"

6. Everything should have velcro attachments rather than buttons or zippers
so TSA can rip them off us at will. They got to keep the line moving you know.

8. I always planned if I was ever accused of shoplifting, to refuse
going into some room, and strip down right in front of veryone. No way would I let them lead me away to get checked out. We'd prove I didn't have anything right on the spot.
