I don't know that there is a DU policy requiring transparency.

6. I doubt that very much. I suspect that most have not even heard
of DU. They do, however, read their mail, or at least get a tally of opinions expressed in their mail from their staffers. If you want to communicate with a Congress member, I suggest an email or actual letter. I get better replies from letters sent through the mail, so I think that's a better option.
