The CEO of my Employer Responded To The Election....

.....With more major BULLSHIT....... He said essentially until congress passes extreme TAX BREAKS for corporations that we will continue to be in a hiring freeze for all units located on the USA soil.....but he also hinted that more work will end up in India and the Philippines. Also said that unless congress quickly repeals Obama health care program that we should expect a significant hike in our our payroll contribution....

To everyone here on the DU......I am currently actively looking for new work and have been since before the election.... I will make this pledge to each of you...when I am hired by a new employer on my last day I plan on sending this CREEP a good portion of my mind and let him know he is is a greedy self centered A$$wipe who doesn't understand the value he would receive if he would make it easier on the employees..

I am sick of it all...My wife and I are looking to France or Australia....

2. You must be in living in the past ;)
Sounds like you work for a fuckwad Roman Emperor.

Does he/she/it send out those Royal Decrees often and without realizing how obviously biased and ignorant they are?

3. Why not start sabotaging now?
Nothing illegal, of course - but there are always little things you can do around the office to fuck things up. The aim isn't to be passive-aggressive or what-not, it's just something you do on principle, because there need to be consequences and there won't be any otherwise. Nothing that would actually hurt anybody, needless to say. Just a monkey wrench in the corporate works here and there where the opportunity arises. It's a form of nonviolent protest, and even if nobody else knows, you know.

Employer sabotage: It's good fun, and it's the right thing to do.

6. Well, you have to use some discretion, obviously.
But a little risk can be fun, too. And what's really the worst that can happen? To be fired from a place you hate?

5. I myself am considering other places too
Such as the UK, Italy, or Luxembourg. I think it would be kind of ironic if I wound up back in Luxembourg because that's where most of my family came from in the first place over 150 years ago.
