There is some talk about what he meant by "on to 2012 and the next adventure"

If he meant a run for the presidency, I'm ready to donate money and support him!

Feingold 2012? Hell yea!

2. Why do you want to lose the Presidency?
I love Feingold, but he's not going to run in 2012. He's not that stupid.

3. If somebody is going to try to "primary" Obama, it will be a conservative Dem.
Evan Bayh type or worse.

Feingold is a rational person, he is not going to primary Obama.

4. I think he meant the 2012 elections in general...
...not that he's going to run for president.

He'd have been a 2008 presidential candidate if he wanted to run for that office.

6. I'll support any Dem that challenges Obama from the left.
That pretty much means most Dems.
