why did MSNBC let Marcia Blackburn blab for so long????
My God. Telling Rachel that she needs to take the Federal Budget School? Blabbing on and on and on, gesturing in an insulting fashion, smirking and ............

They just let her blab. Tweety tried to get her to answer a couple of questions, and Rachel tried to get her to explain herself. But she just had the floor too damned long.

She was full of shit.
