Polls packed in Port St Lucie, FL this morning
Edited on Tue Nov-02-10 07:57 AM by RockaFowler
We have a huge Mayor's race as well as a 2-page ballot. I was a little upset, though. They only had 2 people checking in voters. That was horrible. It took me 30 minutes to get to vote and 2 minutes to vote. I work at a TV station, so I let them know in the newsroom. The deputy at the door told me that they weren't expecting as many people because it's mid-term. Boy they were sorely mistaken.

5. Very Blue
Port St Lucie and St Lucie County are very blue. Our sister county Martin to the south is horribly red. I hope they have short lines there today :)

6. Very good!
Thank you for that. Last night, GE-NBC's Chucky Todd already called the three-way FL Senate race and gave the Dem only 18% - is that consistent with your take on the ground?

9. Hell, EARLY VOTING TURNOUT last week in Iowa was heavy!
I was shocked, and thrilled, at the number of people that were making the effort to vote early here!

10. Early voting in GA
I know my early voting station was busy all day Friday - the guy at the door said it never stopped all day.
