Ugggghhhh (help me debunk this - should be easy)
Dad just forwarded me a bagger email (he's conservative but we make him vote Democratic sometimes) - looking for Obama's desk just to prove he's wrong.

A person's mind and his desk...........

William F. Buckley

Nat Hentoff (whoever that guy is)

Albert Einstein

Numb nuts

1. In that photo Obama is preparing for a national oval office TV address to start
Edited on Mon Nov-01-10 09:28 AM by Kurt_and_Hunter
So they cleared off the desk.

The basic premise of the email is stupid.

The specific picture used deceptive. (Obama really does have a blotter, pen set, telephone, etc. on his desk.)

Nothing to debunk. It doesn't rise to that level.

4. All of a sudden, I feel a lot better
My desk is a midden.

Stupid's desk was spotless, not even a computer, because Stupid wasn't expected to do anything but make speeches.

The next pubbie who gets in will be the same.

7. Aside from the above posts
does anyone really think that they allow the President (ANY president) to have stacks and stack of papers around?

C'mon, really?

8. I can't believe the things we're expected to answer....
all to deflect away from the fact that in the first 8 months of 2010 more private sector jobs were created than were created all throughout Bush's 8 years. Tell your dad that.

9. Oh good grief
That looks like a fairly formal picture of Obama in the Oval Office. Why would any sane photographer stage it all messy?

Of course if the photo of Obama showed him at a messy desk the comparing photos would more than likely be of overflowing trash cans, littered highways and tagged walls.

This is really one of the lamer pieces of ObamaH8 that I've seen.

11. If the desk was a mess ... they'd say it was evidence that he is "in over his head" ...
These are the same fools who got angry because Obama put mustard on a hamburger ...

12. Maybe we should compare to other Presidents instead of people who aren't being
photographed regularly for public consumption

Of course, if you want to use a messy desk as a sign of intelligence:
