Abortion Docs Decry "Wanted" Posters as Bait
Edited on Wed Oct-27-10 05:33 PM by unapatriciated
They look like wanted posters from the Wild West. But they're not photos of criminals, CBS News correspondent Michelle Miller reports -- they depict doctors in North Carolina who perform abortions. They asked us to block their faces.

"It doesn't say 'Wanted Dead or Alive' but the implications are clearly there," said a doctor, who, fearing for his life, asked to remain anonymous.

"I am always looking over my shoulder," the doctor said. "I know they know my car. They know my face. They've been to my house. They've put these posters in my neighborhood. So yeah, I look over my shoulder."

Those responsible for the fliers, Operation Save America, repeatedly protest abortions at women's health clinics in the Charlotte area. Claiming the doctors "harm women and kill babies," they list specific addresses and urge people to contact doctors there. One poster even cites a home address.

This has happened before and resulted in the murder of doctors who were the target of the posters.
Amazing D's get arrested for benign political signs and Pukes call for murder of doctors and they say they are working for Jesus.

This has got to stop before history repeats itself, with the deaths of more doctors.

1. I would suspect that a "Wanted" poster with Sarahcuda's ugly mug
would be suddenly used as evidence in the detention and likely trial of some "lefty" ...

3. Same crap they did back in 1992.
Planned Parenthood of Southeast Texas, Inc. v. Operation Rescue etal. They started that particular bit of hell-raising at the Republican National Convention in Houston in 1992.

They were handing out flyers that showed where doctors lived, etc. as if it was a Sunday picnic you should take your kids to. I saw these because they were exhibits during the trial. This was after Dr. David Gunn and a clinic escort had been killed, but before Dr. Bernard Slepian had been killed.

I was one of the court reporters during the Temporary Injunction Hearing in 1992 and also at the trial in 1994. Being in the same room as Randall Terry, Flip Benham, Don Treshman and these other fruitcakes caused Post Traumatic Stress to me. I wish I could have sued them for that. They are SCARY.

Their attorneys were incompetent because they kept trying to introduce irrelevant testimony, and the judge would not allow it except as a Bill of Exception, which is a very rare procedural motion. They were used to doing criminal law, getting their clients out of jail, and were not used to civil cases. This was a civil case for damages. Planned Parenthood won about $200,000.00.

Because of this case, the woman judge was beaten in the next election and replaced with a right-wing male who thinks he should be able to have the Ten Commandments hanging in his courtroom. And he doesn't understand why he cannot.
