If the Republican party continues to let the far right fringe (Pee Party) get this much traction

they will kill the Republican party. Early voting is suggesting the Tea Party has lit a fire under the Dem base. I haven't been this motivated to vote in a Mid Term election ever! Every time I see Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck, Christine O'Donnell and all the other nuts that have become the face of the Republican party, I get more and more motivated.

Think about it, these nuts are too radical for Karl Rove! The Tea Party getting this much traction may really help us out this time around. And if Republicans don't take the House or Senate they will blame the Tea Party big time! There will be a civil war in the Republican party! Barry Goldwater warned the Republican party not to court these ass holes a long time ago. The monster is out of the bag now.

Lets just hope the early signs of Dems being extremely motivated holds up!

2. I certainly hope so!
That would be the best outcome.

I think the Republicans planned to fan the dangerous right wing flames to create a contrast that would favor their incumbents-- Look Look-- You have the crazy Teabaggers and then us Regular Republicans-- so vote for us regular guys.

I'm glad that the public doesn't see pouring millions of dollars into hateful propaganda just to win votes as any kind of Regular activity. And remembers that those Regular Republicans are the ones that crashed the economy and fought against health care help.

And I hope millions of young people, wise to the powers of propaganda, get to the polls to oppose the right wing Republican push and blast through the lies to vote in more Democrats so we can keep going on the arduous clean up from the Bush years.

3. I don't see them hurting the republican party; what will happen if they get 7 or 8
senate seats is that the senate would become a zoo. With those crazies in there, nothing, absolutely nothing can happen because it only takes one of them to stop senate action. They are beyond negotiation, beyond reason. This should make the republicans very happy. The first thing we need to think about is that 6 years is a hell of a long time. That poison in the senate for that long could do real damage. It is not good at all to have those maniacs on the ballot now.

4. they will be marginalized
in the House and Senate. Then they will have to go home and explain to their supporters why they did not fix everything overnight.

5. Just wait ... when the bag-backed Repugs who get elected start acting exactly as
everybody with at least one working brain cell expects (spending on what they want, filibustering everything with a "D" authorship, bankrupting the country even more than ever before) ...

you will hear thousands of 'baggers claiming "Hey, I never supported the guy/gal ..."
