Justin Bieber -- Homophobic Bullying Victim
Justin Bieber was on the receiving end of the kind of hate-filled bullying that has made headlines recently --- during a laser tag match Friday night, he defended himself from an aggressive kid who referred to Bieber as a "faggot" ... sources close to the investigation tell TMZ.

during the game of laser tag, one kid went out of his way to target Justin repeatedly (a violation of the code of honor of laser tag, if there is such a thing).

Sources say that Bieber became frustrated when the kid cornered him and wouldn't stop shooting and when Bieber told him, "That's enough" ... the kid responded, "What are you gonna do about it, faggot?"

We're told a shocked Bieber replied, "Excuse me?" Sources say the other kid responded, "You're a faggot" and then put his hand out toward Bieber and Bieber pushed it away as he left.

1. Jealousy is a terrible thing
Is just part of the Bieber hatred, I hope he doesn't think too much of it.

People have a love-hate relationship with his status in the music industry, he's sort of the male Lady Gaga. His music is catchy, yet I guess it doesn't seem fair to them that such a regular kid could blow up so much.

I think though that most of that dumb kid sentiment of equating the words "bad" and "gay" is starting to die down and I hope that's not just wishful thinking

11. Get a sense of humor.
After all, isn't "faggot" "just an expression?"

(not for donheld, but for others, just in case: :sarcasm:)

8. The word is a nasty epithet, but.....
do you know how much money you can make if a pop star "assaults" you? the minute Bieber laid a SINGLE FINGER on that kid, IT WAS OVER.

this might be about $$$$. One can only hope there were witnesses and that Canada classifes the use of the word "faggott" as hate speech.

12. I think the bigger story here is that
the laser tag code of honor was violated. Is there nothing sacred anymore?

16. Yes. In which it turned out that the 12-year-old was a homophobic douchebag
Also, he didn't punch him. Or at least, one version says he "punched" him, and another says he pushed the kid's extended arm out of the way as he walked away.

Justin Bieber seems to be a nice, as normal as possible, responsible person (unlike a lot of the celebrities my daughter knows about (cough*theKardashians*cough), and in addition to that, very disciplined. I would be astonished if he punched anybody, simply because he is much too aware of his branding to do so.
