New Federal law funds the Pat Roberts Intelligence Scholars Program.
( I know, sounds like an oxymoran (spelling intentional

Onward Christian Soldiers, Indeed.

H.R. 2701:
Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010

became law Oct. 7.

It includes this portion: ( DNI =Director of National Intelligence)

Subtitle B - Education
Section 311 -
Requires the DNI to carry out a program, to be known as the Pat Roberts Intelligence Scholars Program,
under which selected students or former students are provided or reimbursed funds for academic training in areas of specialization in which the current or future capabilities of the IC are, or are likely to be, deficient.
Requires such students to commit to a period of employment with an IC element upon completion of such training. Repeals a conflicting pilot program under the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2004.

***********************************************************************************************************
Translation:
Roberts band of Christian soldiers can get paid or even reimbursed for any schooling in any area the Intelligence Community might ever need. no matter how far in the future.
IE: The Pat Roberts Intelligence Scholars Program is federally funded.
And
Robert's band of Christian soldiers can be, or are, hired by the IC ( Intelligence Community) which consists of:

the (1) Office of the Director of National Intelligence; (2) Central Intelligence Agency (CIA); (3) Department of Defense (DOD); (4) Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA); (5) National Security Agency (NSA); (6) Departments of the Army, Navy, and Air Force; (7) Coast Guard; (8) Departments of State, the Treasury, Energy, and Justice; (9) Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI); (10) Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA); (11) National Reconnaissance Office (NRO); (12) National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency; and (13) Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

6. My bad.
My very bad bad.

Thank you for the correction.

Multi-tasking does not work for me sometimes.

I had also been reading an article ....."in April 2009, Citizens Against Government Waste gave PRISP a "Narcissist Award."
