Could a proxy server allow one to view a CBC documentary that is blocked to non-Canadians?
Would it work?

If so, I'll go about trying to learn how to use proxy servers.

1. I don't know about proxy servers, but
just about everything winds up on bit torrents sooner or later. And there must be some way for someone in Canada to help you out.
