10. they're really not the problem at all so stop worrying about them and concentrate on carrying HCR
further.

The first time one of the 20%ers has to use the measures of what is in there now, or what WE THE PEOPLE force the politicians to add, they will be converts.

If we spend a lot less time worrying about the 20%, and a lot more time trying to improve life for poor people we would be in a lot better shape.
