1. How did the poor police ever deal with suspects before they could electrocute them?

4. You know, the story really changes when you read the whole thing.
The kid was caught stealing food. The cafeteria staff responded by asking him to leave, which is a perfectly reasonable way to deal with it. He responded to them by refusing to leave and physically assaulting the cafeteria staff. When the CS officer tried to intervene, he turned and began to physically assault the CSO. A second officer came in, saw the kid physically fighting with the campus security officer, and tazed the kid.

You can argue about the appropriateness of the tazer, but this kid certainly deserved an ass kicking. I have little tolerance for thugs who beat on school employees...especially over something as stupid as a meat patty.

5. Well, I can sure see why you didn't quote any of the content

of that article. Not even the subhead, which reveals that there's more to this than meets the eye.

You know, you can quote short excerpts of such articles. Of course, if they don't support your point, I guess you wouldn't have to.

I highly recommend that all visitors to this thread click through to the article. It's interesting to learn what wasn't said in the OP.

Unrecommended for misdirection.

7. "The student became physically combative" with school staff and the police officer.
That's a little more than "stealing a meat patty", don't you think?
