Time to ask..."What did the president know and when did he know it?"
Comey's statement to Congress provides the perfect situation to go for the bastard and give him a dose of Nixon.

1. One downside to that
bush is incredibly convincing at pleading IGNORANCE.

4. I harken back to that awesome display of republican credibility
at the start of the attorney firings. Dan Bartlett and Tony Snow both said loudly and clearly that bush never had any conversations with anyone about the firings. But they both insisted it was essential that those (non)conversations be covered by executive privilege.

I think the construction of the gallows should begin post haste.

8. Yeah, and they didn't know ANYBODY in the White House who had
ANYTHING at all to do with the outing of Valerie Plame, either.

I think their word and a dime will get you a few minutes on a parking meter.

IMPEACHMENT - NOW!!!!!

3.  This is something we may never know
Bush has handlers and all lie and cover up truth . So with that I doubt we will ever know what he knew and when or if he ever knew .

He seems stupid and insane most of the time , at other times he seems to know exactly what he wants to do and seems willing to talk when it comes to killing , this he knows all about .

He is a denier and the truth is now burried when it comes to 9/11 .

6. And an advisor to the president
who does not want his advice made public should not be advising the president.

9. I heard that they twice asked him about this today.
And he twice dodged.

Is there a thread?

10. I saw that, too. Kelly O'Donnell or somebody asked, got flustered a little
Edited on Thu May-17-07 03:10 PM by calimary
because bush "cutesied" her with a little of his phony-baloney Texas "aw-shucks, ain't I adorable, here - have a cute nickname!" crap. But she asked, and then asked again.

Evidently it was Kelly O'Donnell and not Kelly Arena. They're asking, and then asking a follow-up. FINALLY!!!! Here are two threads... :toast:

11. Nothing absolutely nothing bush has done or will do
is going to lead to impeachment. The congress are too darn chicken to do it. He wouldn't get convicted, because there are not enough republicans willing to show they are Americans first and republicans second. But if they do vote against it, just see what their chances are on getting re-elected. Zilch.

14. And what makes you think he will answer you?
Or anyone. That Bushie tactic is to answer only the questions you like. Everything else ceases to exist. And due to the complicity of the media its a tactic that works.
