How much do you trust the pigs?
"member" that word "pig"? How they used to squeal when they got called "pig". It was too easy for the Left. But then it fell out of use and the pigs have come on in full force.

Pigs:
Wall Street,
Judges who smash people,
bankers,
car dealers,
Republicans,
war mongers,
hate mongers,
discriminators,
police who smash people,
pro war against third world peoples,
get rich while making us starve,
minimum wage companies,
polluting companies,
alternative energy denying companies,
etc.

The pigs are growing and are really getting full of themselves. What we need is a one word rebuttal to wake up that sleeping generation and others being seduced by the brain dead tea baggers.

And if we come out with our "don't feed the pigs", "never trust a pig", etc. we will get back some of that forgotten spotlight.

The pigs are oinking. They want an unquestioned military industrial complex, prison industrial complex, academic industrial complex all while oinking to their Swiss bank accounts where they retire money to watch us fight with one another as we grow desperate for ever decreasing amounts of money to circulate.

My best recollection of the pigs was from a group of Black Panthers. "Pigs are afraid to be deep fried in the fat of their own contradictions!"

Republicans can be re-coined as "repig-agains" for that is what they are. All they did was squeal each time Obama wanted to govern with his mandate. They think mere oinking, not plans, is all they need to do to regain the government. I say let's deep fry them first!

1. I remember........
in fact, I remember things like protesting for a woman's right to choose.....and not die in the process. I remember it all, including peaceful protest 101.

I didn't think I'd have to do it again at this age. However, since my mother tells me she was born in a depression and will likely die in a depression, I guess it all recycles until we learn from history.

6. One side is getting better at it. Now they own the media.
Before you could watch the Viet Nam war and get disgusted by it at the dinner table. Now we have this Orwellian Newspeak whereby reporters have to be "in bed" with the military so they can become an efficient propaganda piece. Our bombs magically do not kill anybody except evil people. Torture is okay if we do it, etc.

Imagine if MSM reporters pursued a lead that the White House during Bush let bin laden escape into Pakistan... not possible today.

The "news" ownership is why brain dead tea baggers get the headlines. The anti war protests have been much bigger but do not serve "the cause" so they go unreported.

2. If you mean pig as a derogatory term applied to an entire class of people...
or the animal? Your OP seems to indicate the use of Pig as a derogatory term applied to an entire group of people. In that case, I find it offensive as the N word or any other blatantly prejudicial term.

I've known several individuls that worked as police officers. One was so untrustworthy I counted my fingers after we shook hands, but the rest I found honest men who I could trust.

7. Yes, Pride Integrity Guts. Next time you see a crime, call a hippie.
You know what? My high school team was called the Panthers. Our bumper sticker from our naive lily white school was "I support the Panthers". Many folks with those stickers reported being harassed by police the further they got away from the high school district.

If the police got singled out for that word, I feel it was a trick. Sure folks did not like that the "police force was watching the people"(Steppenwolf where the hog was the government!). It may have seemed anecdotal until a group of citizens stole the FBI files from an FBI bureau in a town ironically named Media, Pa.

As I read those reports it was clear. Our national police force, aka the FBI, spent over 97% of its time watching the Left, 1% watching the Right and 2% investigating crimes. Many of those reports showed how cruel our government was. e.g. A little boy wrote a letter intended for the Soviet equivalent of the boy scouts of America. He had hoped they could hold a camp out together. His hopes were that if they met as youngsters and shared good times together, that when they grew up they would not want to kill each other. Our guys, the so called good guys, the so called land of the "free" guys just couldn't handle it. The letter was not ever mailed to the USSR. Instead the FBI investigated that boy's father, his place of employment and his teachers. To my knowledge the FBI was never punished for its crimes against the Left, nor refunded the taxpayers. Can you imagine us paying the FBI so it can spy on us, but not the Right?

5. Was it Orwellianly applied only to the police?
Or was that how those that be wanted it framed back in the 60's?

Because they were looking at a real political hot potato.

There had already been many murders of Black panthers, Kent State, Jackson state and the Orangeburg massacre back then. In addition FBI agents were planting stuff in cars and then arresting the people, or worse, committing the crime and getting the car passengers jailed for being "accomplices".

It isn't as if I am saying, "I don't like you. Therefore you are a pig!"

Pig should be something used to show contempt for those who have intentionally harmed humans.

History glosses over that this new hemisphere needed the deaths of over 100,000,000 African and Asian slaves (rigors, resistance and murder) and another 100,000,000 Native Americans (war, disease, slavery and starvation) over 500 years. And what became of their murderers? Or the fortunes of robber barons? Did those two groups forge a majority and take over what is the USA or were their numbers kept in "check"?

I trust you will not equate me to those who have killed or knowingly do not give a hoot if someone dies as a result of their greed.
