The Glenn Beck Magic Revival Hour is over now. The concession stands have sold out of "Freedumb Pop," while Believers shout hosannas and praise the "Word" as revealed to Beck from the burning sagebrush of John Wayne's sacred spirit.

The great Oz Media has analyzed, punditized, commercialized and celebritized the Archie and Veronica of moral mediocrity, proving once again that if it sparkles like shallow water in sunlight it must be worth ratings.

There is nothing new here, nothing even original. Joe Pyne did it in the late 1950s, Billy Sunday and Aimee Semple McPherson did it in the 1920s, and my friend's dad, Cleon Skousen, warned all of us, America's children and parents, that creeping Communism and Sputnik and rock 'n' roll would bring about the downfall of America unless we joined the John Birch Society.

The GOP plans to hold probes into possible impeachable offenses by the Obama Administration if they win the midterms. Or at least shut down government.

But hey, a bible-thumping millionaire bunko artist set up his Chautauqua tent on television and spoke in tongues and that is twice as cool as life and death.

6. I pointed out that the biggest thing for Beck to do for his career is

to "die" (not actually die, but fake his own death). Especially in an "assassination attempt". It would make him a martyr.

But then, his ego wouldn't allow him to stay away from the camera. He's a bigger attention whore than Madonna to the Howard Sternth power.

4. Ok wasn't going to bring it up but after reading what a couple of defend GB types I have to

how much did this thing cost? Wing nuts are proclaiming that GB raised $5 million for the poor kids of soldiers, apparently they didn't read the fine print when they sent their checks, you know the part that said all contributions go to pay for this event whatever is left over goes to the soldiers kids.

With a depressed economy, high unemployment, and general malaise from two never ending wars, the angry masses are looking for path out of the darkness.

The right wing, lead by the likes of Beck, are offering scape goats for sacrifice and a political class to blame for this condition.

Beck focuses on the distant history of Lincoln and the recent history of Dr. Martin Luther King, but conveniently over looks a time during the 1930s where his type of propaganda galvanized the content of Europe into war.

But alas, the stupid can only put together two facts at the same time, if a third fact is included their heads explode.
